General Cancellation Policy (Excludes Cosmetic Tattooing)
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

1. Acknowledgement and Consent

2. Lash Fill Guidelines
  • Lash fill appointments are about 45 minutes long. To maintain fullness and ensure lash health, we recommend booking your fills every 2–3 weeks.
  • For a fill appointment, at least 40–50% of your lash extensions should remain. If less than 40% remain, or if it has been more than 4 weeks since your last fill, the appointment will be considered a full set, and standard pricing will apply.
3. Foreign Fill Policy
  • A 20% surcharge will be applied to any fills performed on lashes that were not originally applied by OMNI Clinic. This fee ensures the additional time and products required to blend and match your existing extensions.

By receiving cosmetic tattooing (permanent makeup) treatments at OMNI Clinic, which includes lip blush and/or brow tattooing, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
  • Cosmetic tattoo services are available to clients who are 18 years or older. Clients must NOT be under the influence of alcohol, illicit drugs, or have consumed caffeine or alcohol within the past 24 hours.
2. Consultation
  • A consultation will be conducted prior to your appointment to discuss the procedure, assess the treatment area, and answer any questions you may have. You will be required to complete a consent form and disclose any relevant medical history.
3. Health Requirements
  • Clients must be free from infections, open wounds, or active skin conditions (such as eczema, psoriasis, or sunburn) in the area to be treated.
